In the midst of all the pre-confession / post-confession Armstrong news, I’m glad to see Dave Philipps from the Colorado Springs Gazette has followed the trail back to Chris Carmichael, and his dodgy (criminal?) involvement with national-level junior riders in the late 80s and early 90s.
